go-rewrite'ta tamamlandı. virtual IP / number / shortcode için alloc/realloc/release/whois; benzersiz kaynak ayırma (mutex korumalı). realloc artık farklı adres döndürür (önce-al-sonra-bırak). Disconnect'te tüm adresler serbest bırakılır. Testler: TestIPPressureAllocatesUniqueAddresses, TestIPPressureReallocAndRelease — go test -race yeşil. SDK sözleşmesi korundu.
