Tamamlandı. SubNet tipi eklendi (/24 prefix, Alloc/Release/Whois). alloc/release/whois APSubNet + APSubNetIP handler'ları. Bağlantı kesildiğinde tüm subnet IP'leri ve prefix otomatik serbest bırakılıyor. go test -race yeşil.
